Just stuff!
I was born in Grande Prairie, Ab. and educated in Edmonton, Ab. I've taken pride in being a licenced Real Estate Agent in Alberta since 1992. I've practiced in northwest Edmonton as a residential Real Estates Associate intil 1995 and then specialized in commercial / multifamily sales in Edmonton and the surrounding area until 1999. Using my expertise, I developed, built and marketed industrial condominiums in Parkland County (Acheson) until 2003. I became the 'in house' Real Estate Professional and litigation manager for a federal mortgage corporation until 2006. Realizing my future goals, I then moved onto a family farm in Lac Ste Anne County and opened the Hamlet of Sangudo's first Real Estate Office! With growing success, I have become quite knowledgable of Lac Ste Anne County and enjoy living in the area!
My education and experience.
I was a 1973 graduate of Ross Sheppard High School in Edmonton, Ab., and attended the University of Alberta, Bachelor of Education until 1977. I've owned and operated a small home builder / renovation firm until 1991. I became a licenced Real Estate Agent with the Edmonton Real Estate Board in 1992, the winner of the Re/Max 'Presidents Club' award in 1993 and 1994. Also in 1993 I was one of only 54 Real Estate Agents (out of a membership of 2100) to win Edmonton Real Estate Board's million dollar sales pin! 2010 brought another award my way, Top 5% Edmonton area Real Estate Professionals by volume. I have worked very hard in my chosen profession and am proud of my achievements. I opened my own branch with Realty Executives Masters in Sangudo Ab., in 2006 and then joined the Century 21 Masters team in 2017.
